1. Warranty

All Alvin's Cables products include a 1-year warranty. If a product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will provide repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.

2. Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the product.

Returned products must:

• Be unused or in original condition
• Include original packaging and accessories
• Not have damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification

3. Refund Process

Please contact us before returning any product. After inspection, refunds or replacements will be processed. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

4. Customized Products

Custom cables or products manufactured according to customer specifications are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted according to the applicable laws governing the operating entity and the relevant transaction.

Where international payments are processed through Hong Kong YOKITech Limited, payment processing and settlement matters may also be subject to the laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
