Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom cables, made-to-order products, and bulk orders may require additional production time. Estimated production time will be confirmed before manufacturing.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Express shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
• Standard shipping: approximately 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

3. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided by email after shipment.

4. Customs Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Where international payments are processed through Hong Kong YOKITech Limited, payment processing and settlement matters may also be subject to the laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.
